Mr. Deep Saikaew

A native of Surin Province, Deep is the ultimate world music artist. He has traveled and performed with Le Musiq for 18 years in Japan, Korea and throughout Thailand. Blind since youth, he is the last of the great Khmer fiddle & recorder players in Thailand.

Maiyasingh Seemasoun

Maiyasingh has been playing, singing & celebrating the songs of India all his life. he joined the HIMMAPAN group two years ago and has taught not only audiences around the country, but several HIMMAPAN members himself. He can be heard on the HIMMAPAN rocker, "Slaveking".

Ms. Lanna Commins

One of Thailand's most renowned Northern Pop singers, Lanna carries both a Thai and Australian passport. She has performed and co-created with the HIMMAPAN group for 5 years and is the daughter of Northern singer Sintirir Wechanon who has also created and performed with the Le Msuiq Group.

Mr. Suwichan Phatthanaphraiwan

Suwichan is an ethnic Karen master of music and history whohas completed Bachelor's degrees in Community Development and a Master's Degree in Educational Science from Chiang Mai University. Born in the mountains of Chiang Mai, Suwichan has been integral in the HIMMAPAN development and creation and is featured on 2 songs which he has co-written. He has been with HIMMAPan for 4 years.

Ms. Narumon Danpongpee

Born in Chiang Mai's Maejam District, Narumon grew up learning and teaching her Karen culture. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Maejo University and has sung and played her traditional instruments for the HIMMAPAN group for 3 years. She is featured singing and playing on several of the new songs mixing traditional and modern culture.

Ms. Monmanus Plubthong

A native of Hat Yai, Southern Thailand, earned her bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from Rangsit University. She has studied voice and technique at several prestigious universities. She spent time recently in the US learning and listening to the techniques of vocal masters. Her work with the HIMMAPAN group in teaching singing and performance has taken her to 30 provinces and Australia. She has been with us as MC, singer and creator for 3 years.

Mr. Pratchaya Mueangkhot

Pratchaya is a native of Nakorn Panom on the Mekong river and studied Thai and Lao music since childhood. He graduated from the Faculty of Music and Drama at Bunditpatanasilpa Institute with a major in classical Thai music. He received the Young Thai Artist Award in 2007 and was recently crowned Super Champ (of the Thai xylophone) on Le Musiq's "Kun Pra Choi"TV show. He has performed with the HIMMAPAN group over the last 2 years and recorded on the Father of Love song in honor of Thailand's King.

Mr. Chanachai Khajrondet

Mr. Chanachai Khajrondet grew up listening to the melody and rhythm of Thailand's Mekong River and studied at University in Udon. He now teaches at School and has been traveling intermittently with the HIMMAPAN troupe to prison, school & public shows for the last 3 years.

Mr. Sanu Wannaporn

This native of Lampun province in the North studied music at several leading schools in Bangkok and earned a degree and later taught at the prestigious St. Cecilia Academy of music. The producer of the Himmapan music and live performance, Sanu has been with Le Musiq for 9 years and produced the award-winning Back to the Beach CD.

Mr. Charlee Pechsiri

Mr. Charlee Pechsiri has studied drums under numerous great players and artists. HE has become a sought-after professor in his own right, teaching at his home-school, at the renowned KPN School and in HIMMAPAN concerts and programs over the last 4 years. Lee has played with Le Musiq for over 14 years

Mr. Arithach Saengpadung

This is one of Thailand's premier world music guitar players. He has toured with Le Musiq over 13 years and performed in over 1,000 shows, many free. His guitar work is integral to the HIMAPAN project and can be heard on several songs.

Mr. Pongsura Vongchanglor

Pongsura studied bass and musical theory with several Thai masters and attended Pohchang College of Arts and Crafts where he earned a degree in "The Keeper of the Beat". For 2 years with the HIIMMAPAN group, he can be heard on such versatile tunes as Hat Yai World Junction and Seamyth. He is a great teacher of youth.

Ms. Kusuma Yimkajorndech

Kusuma a native of Tak in Western Thailand, earned her bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Ramkamhaeng University and went right to work for Le Musiq as a singer, writer and company manager. She has written the Thai lyrics for the Himmapan shows and has performed over 100 times in this capacity.

Ms. Juthamat Saman

One of the HIMMAPAN "Dynamic Duo" (one of twins), Juthamat received her Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance studies from the Bunditpatanasilpa Institute while working as dancer and choreographer for myriad HIMMAPAN shows. As a representative of the Foreign Ministry's Cultural Department, Juthamat has performed in over 10 countries. She has been performing with the HIMMAPAN group for 3 years.

Ms. Nutchanart Saman

Nuthcanart received her Bachelor's degree in contemporary dance studies from the Bunditpatanasilpa Institute and went on to study modern and Thai classical dance in depth with several great masters. A native of Rayong, Nutchanart has performed in over 10 countries and on several TV shows. She has taught and performed with HIMMAPAN for 2 years.

Ms. Sasitorn Tummasatid

Born in Thailand's Eastern province of Prachbinuri and did her Bachelor's in Contemporary Dance at Bunditpatanasilpa Institute. She has traveled to India, Burma, Indonesia and beyond to both share her culture and learn in thename of Thailand's Cultural Department. She has designed several of the dances in the HIMMAPAN show and has been with the group for 2 years.

Ms. Anchana Pookum

Anchana was born and raised on Southern culture in Thailand's South, Nakorn Sri Thammarat. She graduated from the Bunditpatanasilpa Institute with a degree in Contemporary Dance Studies. She has performed numerous original dances for the Royal Family and has danced for well-known artists in music videos. She has done seminars and performed with the HIMMAPAN group for 2 years.
